Therapy sessions
FOR CHILDREN

Emotion Regulation Therapy
Through engaging sessions, children will learn valuable skills to navigate their emotions better and develop healthy coping.

Play Therapy
Children sometimes can't describe how they are feeling, or why they are behaving as they do, using words.
Play Therapy allows them to explore their thoughts and feelings in creative and dynamic ways.
FOR ADOLESCENTS

Talk therapy
Weekly sessions where young people can explore and understand their thoughts and feelings, process a traumatic event or just develop better coping skills.
The main work can be a verbal conversation, although using other expressive methods (like the sand tray, cards and art) is always recommended.

This can be helpful for all teenagers who are struggling with mental health issues, such as anxiety or depression if they are experiencing significant life changes, or if they feel the challenges of adolescence are just too much for them to cope with.
FOR PARENTS

Parenting Support & Guidance
A safe and non-judgmental space for parents and carers who may be struggling with a variety of issues, such as behaviour management, communication, and concerns about their children's well-being.

*And for every parent who wishes to maintain a positive yet authoritative relationship with their children (whither they are toddlers, in primary school, teenagers or all of the above).
